Condensed Milk Biscuits

If you’re not much of a baker, why not start with our easy Condensed Milk Biscuits? With only five ingredients you will have no problems whipping up these tasty snacks. Feel free to add some nuts or milk choc chips if you’re feeling adventurous with the recipe.

Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 18 biscuits 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 500g butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups self-raising flour, sifted
  • 50g dark chocolate chips


Method

 Preheat oven to 180°C. Cream butter and sugar, then add condensed milk and mix well. Stir in self-raising flour and chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place on a greased tray. Press with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes, until brown.
