Ingredients
- 24 milk chocolate digestive biscuits
- 2 litres ice-cream, flavour of your choice
Method
Place 12 biscuits, plain side up on a plate and place one scoop of ice cream on each biscuit. Place the remaining biscuits over the top of the ice cream and serve immediately or leave in freezer until needed.
