Cadbury Dairy Milk will launch a mudcake-flavoured chocolate in supermarkets later this year, marrying two of Australia’s snack food favourites.

Online food critic russ.eats announced the news to his TikTok followers, adding that the “Woolies mudcake is an Australian icon” and that the chocolatier needs to be careful with such a sacred recipe.

A Cadbury spokesperson told news.com.au the news is real, and the mudcake chocolate is expected on shelves mid-year.

“Cadbury is committed to delighting consumers with the highest quality and tasting chocolate which Aussies love,” the spokesperson said.

“We continuously innovate and evolve our portfolio to include exciting new products through flavours everyone will enjoy.”

If it is from Cadbury, it will tickle my fancy for sure! We are so spoilt with out choice of Chocolate. I just hope along with Ice Cream, Chocolate is available in Heaven!!
