I just wanted to follow up on Ben’s great article from then to see if he knows when Centrelink will be relasing the December 2024 quarter performance report.
I ask as I applied for my parents Age Pension on 1 October 2024 and have followed up twice but it still ahs not been assigned to anyone. Whilst it is a slightly harder case as my parents split their time between Australia and overseas it is certainly more than double the so called reduced time they achied in the September quarter. I know of others that are also over 6 months from overseas. With an election due I am wondering what pressure we can exert now to speed things up.
