MemberDid you know that sleep apnoea sufferers are more likely to have brain health issues, which can lead to dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and stroke?
Findings of a study on people with obstructive sleep apnoea found that reduced deep sleep was directly linked to prematurely ageing brains. The less time they spent in deep sleep, the older their brains appeared to be.
Have you ever been concerned about your lack of sleep? Is it worth seeing if you have sleep apnoea?

ParticipantBloody hell it will be something else next week
Why we are continually frightened and bombarded with what might happen as we age is ridiculesWe are born and we die and if we are lucky we live a good healthy life not worrying our last years away
