This topic outlined how important feet are…and asked for people who had problems to share them.
I have problems with pain on arch of my feet, and on balls and soles of my feet…I do have arthritis, and I do have bunions…This pain happens occasionally but recently has happened daily…I normally wear well fitting shoes, have tried barefoot, I exercise regularly…I am moderately overweight for my height…I have had flat feet since a child…I assume this has a bearing on why I am in pretty constant pain, plus my age..Any helpful suggestions?
