An Age Pension increase is long overdue. It’s great for some. It doesn’t help Self-funded Retirees – 10% of $0 is just that ($0). Apparently I’m too Asset Rich. These are the (meagre) assets accumulated over many years literally saving and ‘going without’. Oh-well, my mistake I suppose. I should have gone on that holiday.
