Turn off the printer at the power point.
wait 30 to 60 seconds
plug the printer in but do not switch on
press and hold down the on/off button on your printer and keep holding
still with the printer button held on switch the power on at the power point
keep holding printer button for about 30 second or until printer is on and release button
this has reset your printer and should work fine
