Do you ever cook Butter Chicken at home? If you do, be on the lookout for One Rusty Jack’s pre-made Indian Butter Chicken simmer sauce, after a recall has been issued by food safety authorities.

The recall is due to an undeclared allergen in the sauce (cashew nuts). Anybody with a nut allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed.

The product has been on sale at independent food retailers including IGA in Queensland.

If you have a nut allergy, do not eat the product and return it immediately to its place of purchase for a full refund.
