Product Safety Australia (PSA) has issued a recall on Directly2U — LED String Net Mesh Fairy Lights.
The recall is on Led String Fairy Lights Net Mesh Xmas Curtain Party Wedding Garden Decor Outdoor (White, Warm White, Blue, Multi-Coloured), Model 192 3m by 2m and Model 868 6m x 4m.
The product has serious and potentially fatal electrical defects with a risk of electric shock, electrocution or fire causing death or serious injury.
The PSA says anyone with this products should immediately turn off the switch at power point and then disconnect from power supply. Do not dispose of product. Return product to place of purchase for a full refund.
