A team of researchers in the US has shown regularly eating strawberries can reduce your risk of developing dementia.

The team found adults aged over 65 who ate strawberries on most days had fewer tau proteins in their brains. A buildup of tau proteins is thought to be one of the key drivers of dementia.

It’s believed the berries work by reducing inflammation using the chemical pelangonidin, a natural anti-inflammatory. Other natural sources of pelangonidin include raspberries, kidney beans, plums and radishes.

Do you eat many strawberries? Do you think you will now?

Currently I am eating Cherries which are also rich in pelangonidin

I believe Cherries are natural antibiotics and they are YUM !!!

Sorry to say some brains need more than strawberries, some need an orchard.
