Murray River Smokehouse has issued a product recall for its ‘mild’ and ‘peppered’ salami products. The salami has been on sale at Harris Farm Markets, Thyme to Taste, Goldfields Grocers and Milawa Cheese in NSW and Victoria.

The recall is due to a microbial salmonella contamination. They may cause illness if consumed.
Murray River Smokehouse is telling customers not to eat these products and to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

If you’ve already consumed the salami and are concerned about any effects, please seek medical advice immediately.
