A new study has revealed that women typically experience one of three different types of orgasm.
Lead researcher Professor James Pfaus told the Daily Mail that by measuring pelvic floor contractions in female volunteers, researchers have determined that when women climax, their muscles contract in one of three patterns: a ‘wave’, a ‘volcano’ or an ‘avalanche’.
“The wave looks like undulations or successive contractions of tension and release at orgasm,” Professor Pfaus says.
“The avalanche rides on a higher pelvic floor tension with contractions that lower the tension downward during orgasm.”
“The volcano rides on a lower pelvic floor tension but then explodes into tension and release during orgasm.”
Do any of these descriptions ring true to you? Do you agree with their categories?
Wave, volcano, avalanche, man that sounds like a tsunami lol. Can’t wait to read the ladies replies. This Pfaus professor was run out of Concordia university for making indecent proposals to students. He is no longer there, just sayin’.
I don’t feel that this is the place to discuss this topic but I will add this to the discussion:
Husband: Why don’t you tell me when you have an orgasm?
Wife: I would, but you’re never there.
LOL
Sue, I have nothing to add but out of interest where do you feel is the place to discuss this topic?????
Gee, Farside, at my age I have to say that the topic has been raised now and then in the privacy of our bedroom with just me and my husband participating. What happens in the bedroom, stays in the bedroom. I realise my post is a bit ambiguous but the meaning was personal, not general.
I took the plunge and asked my wife if krakatoa erupted for her and this is what I got
I now run when I see a frying pan!
