Who in their right mind would pick a fight with Disney?

Florida governor and US presidential hopeful Roy De Santis might have just taken on a bit more than he was bargaining for trying to score some political points by taking on Disney.
In the latest in a long-running fight between De Santis and Disney, the company has announced it will sue De Santis who is probably regretting taking the entertainment behemoth on right now. Or he should be.
De Santis originally tried to exert control over Disney’s Florida-based theme park over its stance on accepting discussion of sexual orientation and gender identity.
There was a bit of back and forth, De Santis tried to take over the park’s governing body, and then Disney immediately stripped it of any power.
Hilariously, the terms involved were declared valid until “21 years after the death of the last survivor of the descendants of King Charles III of England”.
You get the feeling Disney was just having fun at this point.
Anyway, if I was a betting person, my money would be on the world-wide company with endless financial assets to draw on to pay the no-doubt very expensive lawyers instead of the elected official who will probably have to beg others to pay his defence.
Which side do you agree with?
I’d definitely back Disney against De Santis who has made so many wrong decisions in the past and trying to control a private business because you don’t believe in their business decisions could be a bad move.
Think how much money Disney brings into Florida and probably helps pay the Governors salary and a lot towards the State finances. )Think of all those bad characters Disney have in their paddock).
