An ok idea. I actually already do this but I do not have a pension yet. As long as we do not have to declare the rent etc as income and affect our pensions etc. it’s a good idea. Hiring a carer is better and cheaper overseas. And go one step further. Asset tests on family homes for pensioners 🙂

No. And I wouldn’t be surprised if the action makes banks think about removing atms. i.e. move even quicker towards a cashless society.
