the solution is to take the Medicare out of pocket figures from procedures and publish them. There would be a conflict of interest raised by Doctors but the solution is in their hands – publish their charges!

Whilst BMI is not perfect it is an easy figure to calculate yourself. If your BMI is greater than 25 you are overweight and should do something about it, if your BMI is over 30 you are in deep trouble. ~65% of Americans have a BMI > 25, so expect more and more heart attacks and strokes, maybe Trump as he is overweight.
