Yes, in my case they have already received their inheritance. With several “loans” to both of them, it’s more than I can afford so I have no intention of leaving them anything!

I have informed them of this and immediately I did that I haven’t heard from either of them!!!

Also the fact that they both have expensive bad habits this means I won’t ever leave them anything in my will. Of course due to their bad habits I’m likely to outlive them anyway!!

Yes, it’s very fair!!! People who break the rules deliberately “should be prosecuted”!! If you want to enter the country just follow the rules!! And be honest and up front. There are many things it’s legal up bring in but locals foreigners who flaunt the rules should have it all removed and be heavily fined! It’s all too easy for criminal types to get away with stuff!
