Each week, my money buys less. I buy basics only – I do all my own cooking.
But I am coeliac and allergic to yeasts, and a few other foodstuffs as well, plus have to buy low sugar, low salt, low fat goods – due to medical factors.
It makes the food very expensive, all over.
And I have only the pension – having 2 cancers used all my savings. (I am trying to become debt free as well.
Even eating 2 meals a day, no snacks, no desserts, I am running out of grocery money.
