Irresponsible doq owners should be charge like causing hurt with a weapon. They know how vicious their dogs are and they should restrain it so that the poor posties and people young and old enjoying their day in the park are safe. I see some of these so called owners their social chemistry may not be the best walking oblivious to where their dogs are. When some of these dogs growl at you the owners casually call their dogs who may not even obey their master.Like master like dog.
