It should come as no surprise that parts of the Kardashians are fake, but then you probably assume that I’m talking about their body parts and not the actual documentary-style television show. And unless you count body doubles performing the more rigorous aspects filmed on Survivor, I guess we can count that out as reality TV too. Oh, and Gordon Ramsay may be a really good chef, but his show Hell’s Kitchen is, allegedly, about as real as his hair colour.
