David Oldfield airs his views

Pauline Hanson has her own views on the definition of Aboriginal, but if it were left to her fellow One Nation co-founder, David Oldfield, there wouldn’t be any Aboriginal communities left.

He aired his controversial views on SBS’s First Contact last night, saying, “It’s not actually good for Aborigines to remain Aborigines. They should be Australians.”

And of Indigenous culture he’s quite clear what he thinks: “You just naturally let it die out. I mean frankly, it should have died out, like the Stone Age died out.”

What do you think? Did you watch the show?
