Is the Tasmanian Tiger making a comeback?

It’s believed that the Tasmanian Tiger died out in 1936, when the last of the species passed away at Hobart Zoo. However, a growing number of people believe this carnivorous marsupial still roams the land, and not just on the Apple Isle.

A Facebook group of over 3000 people, from as far and wide as the UK and Canada report sighting of an animal that is very similar to the Tasmanian Tiger. Indeed, over the last 80 years there have been 5000 reports of sightings.

But as there’s no proof, not even a corpse by the side of the road, we may have to accept that such sightings are just make believe.
