Barrie Lester is a champion lawn bowler who has partnered with Apia to produce a series of videos to help beginners – as well as more advanced bowlers – improve their game. He’s notched up 195 international appearances, including multiple Commonwealth Games, the 2016 World Bowls Championships and the 2019 Asia Pacific Championships. Today Barrie tells Deeksie and Kaye explains how he started bowling and the fun he’s had with this amazing game.
