Best place to catch a fish

My partner, Bill, is famous amongst our friends and family for his fishing skills – or more precisely, his lack of them – and I’m not a whole lot better.  So we fell in love with Seisia on tip of Cape York, where even the most hopeless fishers (like us) are guaranteed to catch something. We caught this little feed of sardines in less than five minutes on Siesia Wharf, and took them back to our waterfront camp and fried them in olive oil and lemon, and ate them with our fingers on the beach.  It was one of the best meals of our entire 10-month trip.
