Most magic sunset

The dry season is burning off time across the Top End, particularly around August. When we where there, the smoke haze produced some incredible sunsets and special effects. No tricky filters are needed – all you need is some water to reflect the sky and some birds to add perspective. I snapped this one in Kakadu, where it’s easy to take spectacular photos.
