Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 125g chicken, chopped and cooked
  • 1/2 apple, cored and diced
  • 6 grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 4 lettuce leaves


Method

Mix yoghurt, lemon juice, curry powder, chicken, apple and grapes. Spoon into lettuce leaves and serve.
