Ingredients
- 1/4 cup short grain rice
 - 1/4 cup brown onion, chopped
 - 3/4 cup water
 - 125g can creamed corn
 - 1/4 cup diced ham
 - 1–2 tablespoons grated tasty cheese
 
Method
Place rice, onions and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Stir in the creamed corn and ham. Transfer to a heatproof pot and top with grated cheese. Grill until cheese is melted and serve immediately.
