    Hi Axel,

Thank you for those comments and thank you Suze for putting this up.

Yes one of those was my issue, it was a combination of stress with family health issues and to boot the on coming virus.    I was doing everything by myself over those months.

It is frustrating over a 24 hour period with no email communication also, the Server seems to have crashed and it is Christmas so we have to go without.

It is interesting I can write on this but not able to use the email facility.

My writing still gives me issue, for instance I replace the wrong letter in words like facility I had written ‘v’ instead of the ‘f’

Over the last ten days I have gone backwards with my reading also!

Have not been away!  Just trying to rest!

Nothing very exciting I need some rest.  Hope everyone is happy and safe?

Looks if the WA Christmas will fall flat with the youngsters not having their night clubs open.

Fancy coming into WA with the virus and spoiling spoiling Christmas.  I just hope this case doen’t spread far far and wide.

That would not work in Karratha WA! LOL

The first time I was up there I put the washing on the line and came back in fifteen minutes to hand something else out and everything was as stiff as planks.

From on then I put the washing in the dryer!

Thank you Axel, Seze and Hola for your good wishes, yes it is my birthday today, I remember years ago that it was also our Prime Minister, which I cannot remember his name?

Here are a few other people that have birthdays today .

Famous Birthdays on December 20 – On This Day

Husband and I have just returned from having lunch and on the way out a couple with a little boy about three or four was walking into the restaurant, he was holding a little truck, he saw my husband on crutches and he walked backwards and his mother joined him and let my husband pass and then I came and bent down to thank he, he had the biggest smile on his little face it was so sweet, then his dad walked backwards and opened the door for my husband, so I          thanked him too, it was touching.

Prime Minister in the 50s a Liberal who had his birthday on 20th Dec, I also remember a tv personality who had his too.

My memory is getting worse I cannot remember their names.

Thank you for your good wishes on my birthday, I am 77 today!!

[Bob Menzies was one of them!]

PS  wemt to Bunnings yesterday and went to put some seedings in and some plants for a big planter out the back then I grazed my arm on the brick wall!   I have been trying to stop the blood flow for about 20 hours.  Was going to the doctors but it seems to have stopped now thank goodness washed it in Dettole to keep it clean.   Just the birthday present I do not need!

    Thanks Leonie.

I am not the worst in the family, husband as I say has now a second cancer, he was given a clearance for the Leukemia, another member of the family has Lymphona and just had an infection with a nasty cough from her grandson!  [now on antibiotics and chemo]

Did some gardening this morning and wacked my right arm and I am on blood thinners!

So that was a nice mess to clean up.

But I can always find someone worse off than me.

Thanks ladies for your concern, but this is what I am getting use to, I don’t take the blood pressure tablets all the time I have to keep a note of my readings during the day.   I have medications yes but cannot take the medication for high blood pressure all the time as my BP goes low!

I have an implant for irregular issues.

Thanks Suze, no I just stayed home and rested in bed and slept as much as I could.

The GP cannot do anything anyway, the last time this happened my husband called for the ambulance and off I went, I was told the hospital was only interested in people that have blood pressure over 200, it was nearly 170 and by the time I get to 155 I really feel awful.    I guess some people are affected more than others.  The reading when I am feeling good is between 115 to 130.     Once the GP said that mine should never reach 145!     So I think the GPs and the Hospital have different opinions!    I just tried to drink  more water and rest taking my medication.

I think in my case it is a reaction to various foods and I see an allergist, he knows I have a reaction to histamine but he admits that scientists/doctors have no answer for people with this situaiton!  So I find drinking a lot of water seems to slow the blood pressure down for me anyway.

So I cannot have bananas and citrus as they both put my BP up.   I have not had any for ages.  Even Lemonade is a issue!

Mine went salt and peper too Hola, but now I have a white streak over the front.

I suggest to the hairdresser about four months ago about colouring it and he said no it is nice the way it is!  LOL   ….   so I asked hubby and some friends and they said the same so I have left it.

But would like a change, the trouble is if I had another stroke I think I will be stuck and that is too difficult to get it matched up to the colour, mind you I would not want anything drastic in regards to colour!!

Thanks Suze!  It took me forty minutes to read through that!    Husband was over my shoulder listening.

Some words were new to my brain so he said some words was new to him too as it is a medical thing!

But thank you so much for posting that, I needed that to exercise my brain and I will come back to read it again tomorrow.

I am thinking I may give university an email!  LOL

Personally I have not found it very good!

The medicals that I have come into contact with are of the opinion everyone has the same issue which is not true at all.     I have had to have my husband spend hours trying to get a speech therapist for me; now the average person reading this would think I have something wrong with my speaking which I don’t.

It is a case where I have had trouble reading, I have a long way to go to get back to where I was but I have come a long way since leaving hospital.

It is very frustrating when I come across a medical person and they don’t know what is the issue!

As I have stated everyone is different.

My step daughter is an occupational therapist too which makes life interesting!

I will attempt to read the above Suze but it will probably take me about 20 minutes!

    Thank you for posting.
